We have been selling laser show parts and accessories online for more than 4 years, and have built up excellent relationships with our manufactures. We sell a high volume of goods every year and are therefore able to negotiate extremely low prices. And we pass these saving onto our customers. What is the typical output power of your lasers?
Typically the output (in mW) of our LP series lasers will be a minimum of 20% higher than the rated power, and often up to 50% or more. Our LW series will typically be 15-35% higher than is rated power. All lasers are guaranteed to output greater than the rated power for the entire warranty period.
How will you ship my product(s)?

How long will it take to receive the product(s) I bought?
It will typically take about 3-10 working days. We stock many of our more popular products in our warehouse and they are therefore available for immediate shipping. However shipping time will often vary depending on factors such as the courier chosen, destination country etc. Some products not in stock may require a little extra time for delivery. If this is the case we will always inform customers of any delay.
What should I do if I have a problem with a product(s) I bought?
Contact us immediately and we will work with you in an attempt to solve the problem. We have friendly, highly skilled staff that is very familiar with all the products we sell, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing problems. We’re always ready to help.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. Most products have a 1 year warranty. Please read the manual for your product(s) to ensure you understand the warranty conditions.

What is the typical turnaround time when I send a product to
We understand the inconvenience of not having your product and therefore always make the utmost effort to get it back to you ASAP. Typically it will be around 1 week from the time we receive a product for repair under warranty till we are able to return it to you.
If I have a problem with a product that was caused by misuse (i.e. running scanners too hard) will the warranty be void?
In such cases we will always repair the product. However in some instances a nominal fee may be requested.
What types of payment do you accept?
PayPal or bank transfers are preferred. Other methods are available on request.
